"To Fly with a New Friend, Pt. 1"
Challenge: Coping with making new friends and new situations.
Summary: Max and Emmy's new pal and neighbor Enrique has been having trouble adjusting to his new life in a new country and making friends at school. So Max and Emmy decide to ask him to join them on a trip to the friendliest place they know-- Dragonland! There, Enrique is astonished to meet real live dragons and to encounter all the wondrous sights. But as he undertakes his first Dragon Land adventure, Enrique finds himself having to deal with many of the same issues he's dealing with at home – making new friends and being in a new situation.

"To Fly With A New Friend, Pt. 2" "Mystery of the Missing Knuckerholes"
Challenge: Coping with fear of the dark.
Summary: Enrique and the kids are still in Dragon Land – when the gang discovers all the Knuckerholes have mysteriously disappeared. To Ord's dismay, the trail of the missing Knuckerholes leads them through the Forest of Darkness, where he once again has to deal with his fear of the dark. More surprises await when they discover a young wizard is behind the Knuckerholes' disappearance.

"Rise and Bloom"
Challenge: Getting going in the morning.
Summary: Max really wants to see the Bursting Blossoms bloom in Dragon Land – a spectacular, once-a-year event. But it happens at sunrise and Max just can't seem to shake off his sleepiness and get himself going.

"Super Snow Day"
Challenge: Trying something new.
Summary: Enrique, who's never experienced snow, learns to get over his fear of sledding by taking it one small step at a time.

"Musical Scales"
Challenge: Learning to cope with embarrassment.
Summary: Zak and Weezie begin to shed their scales and are too embarrassed to perform in front of Princess Kidoodle, until they get some help from their friends.

"Hand In Hand"
Challenge: Learning to cooperate and work together.
Summary: Due to a magical wish gone awry, Emmy and Max are stuck together, joined at the hands. The closeness threatens to push them apart until they learn to work together.

"Sky Soccer"
Challenge: Not giving up in the face of a difficult activity.
Summary: During tryouts for the local Sky Soccer team, Ord finds out that the sport is harder than it looks – and if he wants to make the team, he'll have to try and try again.

"Making it Fun"
Challenge: Coping with a seemingly overwhelming task.
Summary: The gang is gung-ho to help Eunice the Unicorn paint a long and winding pathway to guide the little unicorns on their big race. But they soon find that it's a huge and tiring job – and must come up with strategies to help make if fun.

"Itching For A Cure"
Challenge: Persisting to help a friend feel better.
Summary: When Mungus the Giant has a giant itch, the gang gathers ingredients for Dr. Booboogone to make Mungus a giant batch of "Itch Be Gone" cream.

"The Big Race"
Challenge: Learning the importance of teamwork, whether you win or lose.
Summary: When the gang enters the Big Dragon Land Road Race, Enrique and Lorca each refuse the other's help but learn to work together as a team, helping their friends with teamwork, too.

"Flip Flop"
Challenge: Learning to understand another's perspective.
Summary: When Zak and Wheezie's personalities are flip-flopped by a magical statue, they learn about one another's perspective first hand while on a journey to retrieve the statue awash in the river.

"Max Loves A Train"
Challenge: Learning to cope with not getting what you want when you want it. Coping with delayed gratification.
Summary: Max loves trains and has had his heart set on riding the Dragon Land Express. But when the train tracks turn up mysteriously missing and he can't ride, the gang helps Max to cope with his great disappointment and sadness.

"El Dia Del Maestro"
Challenge: Learning to be responsible for overseeing a difficult task.
Summary: Cassie must overcome reluctance and supervise her classmates in preparing Quetzal's favorite dish in time for his surprise party.

"Finn's Blankie"
Challenge: Being separated from a comfort item.
Summary: Cassie's baby brother Finn misses his blankie terribly – and so the gang sets out to go retrieve it from the Dragon Land Laundry. Along the way they come up with ways to help Finn cope with being separated from his comfort item.

"Express Yourself"
Challenge: Expressing your feelings.
Summary: As the friends journey to see the Doodle Fairies' big outdoor painting, Enrique calls Cassie and affectionate nickname which she doesn't like. However, Cassie doesn't know how to express her hurt feeling to Enrique. The friends journey becomes a big adventure, when, after momentarily watching the Cloud Factory for Polly Nimbus, a rain cloud escapes and threatens the painting. As they try to stop the rain cloud, Cassie struggles to express her hurt feelings to Enrique.

"Prince For A Day"
Challenge: Learning to deal with a problem and coming to a solution.
Summary: When Princess Kidoodle is called away, Ord is named Prince of the Doodle Fairies. But the crown weighs heavy on his head as he is forced to make a big decision.

"A Small Victory"
Challenge: How to look beyond physical limitations.
Summary: Max thinks he's too small to help collect plants for the School In The Sky's garden, until Lorca shows him how not to let physical limitations stop him from participating.

"Feliz Cumpleanos, Enrique"
Challenge: Learning to cope with sadness.
Summary: The gang surprise Enrique with a surprise birthday party, but try as he might to have fun, he's filled with sadness because he misses the traditional birthday celebrations he used to have in his home village.

"Down The Drain"
Challenge: Not giving up in the face of a big risk.
Summary: When all the water drains out of Dragoon Lagoon, the friends must find a way to refill it soon or else the creatures that live there will have no home.

"All That Glitters"
Challenge: Finding something that's lost.
Summary: When Max accidentally loses Quetzal's special golden scale, the gang tries different approaches to find/replace it.

"Play It And Say It"
Challenge: Learning something difficult (learning numbers in Spanish).
Summary: Ord is having trouble learning numbers in Spanish, so the gang helps him use various means – rhyming, making up songs, repetition and making a game out of it – in order to accomplish his goal.

"Moving On"
Challenge: Coping with someone going away.
Summary: Cassie's friends help her cope with her feelings of loss when her older sister, Sophie, goes away to cooking school.

"All Together Now"
Challenge: Coping with feeling like a third wheel; coping with feeling left out.
Summary: A fun day at the Dragon Land Carnival is not so much fun for Max, who must cope with "feeling left out" when it seems that Enrique and Emmy would rather spend time with each other than with him.

"The Sad Little Star"
Challenge: Persistence at a difficult task.
Summary: A little star named Celeste comes down to Dragon Land in the middle of the day – it's her dream to see something she's never experienced: a rainbow. The group eagerly helps her in her quest: they search for rainbows, then ask Polly Nimbus to make it rain. When those attempts fail, it seems that the sad Celeste will have to return to the night sky without having gotten her wish. But then they come up with a way to create a rainbow – and Celeste is thrilled and grateful!

"Hello, Miss Tipps"
Challenge: Learning to accept a challenge in routine and try new things.
Summary: When Quetzal is called away for the day the young dragons face a substitute teacher for the first time. It means a change in routing and Lorca's not sure she likes it at all.

"A Story Book Ending"
Challenge: Learning to see things from another person's perspective.
Summary: The gang discovers the origin of the Magic Story Book when they enter it to relive an adventure of Quetzal's many years ago.
