"A Cookie is a Sometimes Food"
A parody of the song "A Woman is a Sometime Thing," from Porgy & Bess.
Hoots the Owl explains the benefits of healthy fruits in the song.

"Chasing the Cheese"
A parody of ESPN's sportscaster Chris Berman.
A Chris Berman Muppet is the commentator for the annual Sesame Street Chasing the Cheese event. Exercise is discussed as being healthy and fun as we watch the contestants, Telly Monster, Baby Bear, Elmo and Zoe chase the cheese.

"Worm Workout Song"
A parody of the song "YMCA."
Oscar sings the "Worm Workout Song" while Slimy and his worm friends stretch and wiggle. "Stretch, Wiggle, Yeah, Stretch, Wiggle, Yeah. It will help you get strong, it will help you live long. Come on worms, join along!"

"Dancin"
A parody of the Alicia Keys hit song "Fallin" about dance, movement and spatial relations.
Elmo and Alicia sing and dance together. "It makes me feel good, movin' like we do. Dancin' with you darlin' is great exercise too! I keep on dancin' in and out, around and through. I've never had such fun, the way that I do with you."

"Time to Say Goodnight"
A parody of the Andrea Bocelli song "Time to Say Goodbye."
Andrea Bocelli sings Elmo a lullaby while we learn the importance of rest and relaxation. "Time to say goodnight. Lie down, here is your bear. You've had such a wonderful day playing and counting to twenty."

"Desperate Houseplants"
A parody of the hit series "Desperate Housewives." - the show everybody's talking about.
A story about some houseplants that weren't getting what they needed - water and sunlight.

"Grouch Eye for the Nice Guy"
A parody of the show "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy."
The yuckiest show on television, in "Grouch Eye for the Nice Guy," Bob gets in touch with his inner grouch when he gets a "grouchy makeover" from the Drab Five.

"24"
A parody of the show "24."
The Count prepares to watch his favorite television program "24," which takes place in 24 seconds and he gets to count each second. We see a Keifer Sutherland Muppet hanging from a cliff in split-screen format (in the style of the actual television program "24.") With each passing second, the suspense builds and at the end of the 24 seconds he falls a few inches and walks off.

"The Grouch Apprentice"
A parody of the television show "The Apprentice."
Donald Grump is searching for a new apprentice to run is trash empire. In the "board room," Oscar, Grundgetta, Omagrossa, and Swampy get fired and ride away in a taxi cab driven by a Muppet Donald Trump. In the end, Elmo does the best job finding the trash but is too good and not grouchy enough to be hired as the apprentice. However, he gets what he wants, a hair piece to match Donald Grump.
